Recipe for
Stuffed Baby Bilby


Ingredients
Adjust quantities depending upon the number of eggs to be used
  • 1 hard boiled Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise

  • 1 Anchovy filet chopped
  • Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
 

You will need
A mixing bowl, a wooden spoon a sharp knife and a cutting board

 

Directions

  • Shell and cut eggs in halves lengthwise
  • Remove yokes
  • Place yokes in a bowl with mayonnaise and blend together well

  • Place an anchovy in each of the egg half centres
  • Spoon in yoke mixture
  • Garnish with a little parsley
