Recipe for
Biscuit Pastry


Ingredients
  • 250g Self Raising Flour
  • 20g Cornflour
  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 100g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Sugar
 

You will need
A sifter, a mixing bowl, a pastry board and an egg beater

 

Directions

  • Sift self raisin flour, cornflour and salt
  • Rub in the butter
  • Mix into a dry dough with beaten egg and sugar

  • Roll out lightly on a floured board
  • Use as required for sweet pastries
  • Bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes
