Recipe for

Uncooked Coconut Ice


Ingredients
  • 50g Creamed Cheese
  • 3 cups Icing Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Milk

  • half teaspoon Vanilla
  • half cup Desiccated Coconut
 

You will need
A mixing bowl, a beater, a wooden spoon, a shallow cake tin and some pink food colour.

 

Directions

  • Beat Creamed Cheese
  • Add Icing Sugar slowly while beating well
  • Stir in Milk, Vanilla and Coconut
  • Continue stirring until smooth
  • Halve the mixture and colour one half pink by adding pink food colour drop by drop until you have the colour you want

  • Press the white half into a well greased shallow cake tin
  • Cover with the Pink half of the mixture pressing down well
  • Chill until firm then cut into yummy bite sized pieces.
