Recipe for

Fruit kebabs


Ingredients
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 hard Pear

  • 50g White Grapes
  • 50g Dark Grapes
  • Other fruits as desired
  • Lemon Juice

 

 You will need
A sharp knife, a cutting board, a mixing bowl, cling wrap and some kebab skewers

 

Directions

  • Cut the peel and pith from the orange and cut the flesh into 1.25 cm (1/2") slices then halve each slice
  • Rinse, core and quarter the apple and pear
  • Rinse the grapes
  • Cut the banana into suitable sizes

  • Thread the fruit pieces onto 4 skewers, alternating the different types
  • When ready cook the kebabs on the barbecue for about ten minutes, turning constantly
  • You can try other seasonal fruit if you wish
