Marshmallow Crunch

Ingredients

  • 250g Copha
  • 250g Icing Sugar
  • 55g Cocoa
  • 125g Marshmallows (Make your own)
  • 25g Rice Bubbles

 

 You will need
A mixing bowl, a wooden spoon, a sifter, a saucepan and an 18cm square cake tin
 

Directions

  • Melt the copha in the saucepan over a low heat
  • Sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a large mixing bowl
  • Add rice bubbles and stir in melted copha
  • Snip the marshmallows into bits and stir into mixture
  • Press into a foil lined cake tin and chill to set
  • Cut into squares and enjoy
